Designer John Woodcock's enthusiasm for women's couture fashion emerged after he had an interest in making his wife an electroluminescent wire-lighted corset.  Starting out with a single sewing machine and an idea for a corset pattern, John utilized his CAD software from his machine shop to create the first ever Woodcock Design.  After the initial success with the lighted corset, Bywoodcock has grown into a small sewing shop in which John creates his wearables collection. 

Bywoodcock maintains a well-established customer base with commissioned creations that include corsets, swimsuits, and blouses.  John's artistic vision to create wearable women's clothing is reflected in each Woodcock design.  Clients are regularly complimented on their custom designed outfits and they are happy to say, "It's a Woodcock!"
